For the domestic assault by strangulation charge, Kaiser was granted a two-year stay of imposition.
He was ordered to serve supervised probation for two years. If Kaiser successfully completes probation, the charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor.
He was also ordered to undergo domestic abuse counseling/treatment. Kaiser was ordered to complete the Domestic Violence Group and pay any financial obligations for the group. He was ordered to provide a DNA sample. Kaiser was ordered to not use or possess firearms or dangerous weapons. He was also ordered to pay $210 in fees and fines.
The charges stemmed from a domestic disturbance Dec. 18 in the 100 block of Sixth St. E., according to the complaint. The friend told the woman to listen at the door in the event anything happened since she was breaking up with Kaiser.

She said Kaiser was responsible for her injuries. Kaiser said nothing happened, but they had gotten into a verbal argument. The ex-girlfriend told police that the two of them argued about why they were breaking up. While yelling at her, Kaiser was holding a Katana-style sword. He began hitting her on the side of her leg with the sword case.
Kaiser then pushed her down onto a couch and proceeded to choke her. She said that Kaiser choked her three times with his hands and he placed her in a choke hold twice. Black and blue marks were visible on the side of her face. Pictures were taken of her injuries. The ex-girlfriend said Kaiser began to calm down after choking her the final time.
He then went upstairs, locked the door and returned. She could hear police pounding on the door a short time later. Kaiser told her that his roommates were there to fix the door and he told her not to answer the door. When she saw an opportunity, she ran upstairs and walked
